• Short Description

• I have been working on delivering Trainings on Gender and Climate change during 2 years period in North Macedonia. The Training were organized by CRPM organization and the focus groups were: Coordinators for equal opportunities in the municipalities, responsible staff from the municipalities working on environment, urban planning and Public Communal enterprises. I was responsible to deliver training on basic climate change issues, sources of GHGs, strategic planning documents on climate change adopted in the country, gender roles in climate change in various sectors (transport, agriculture, energy, water resources, etc.), presentation of the Green Climate Fund Action Plan for Gender , gender mainstreaming during the development of strategic policy documents and facilitation of group works.
