PUBLIC CALL FOR IT specialist to upload 7 online courses for GBWN E-platform on five languages – ENG, ALB, MK, ROM, SRB/MNE/BiH and provide technical assistance in provision of training
Results and Activities: Activities Technically developing online GBWN platform in five languages – ENG, ALB, MK, ROM, SRB/MNE/BiH
Consultant’s tasks and duties:
- To upload the content for online training consisted of seven different courses. Each course is in five languages: – ENG, ALB, MK, ROM, SRB/MNE/BiH
- Course 1 Gender responsive budgeting Basic module Advanced module
- Course 2 Gender budget beneficiary assessment (Guidebook 1)
- Course 3 Gender budget analysis (Guidebook 2)
- Course 4 Gender impact assessment (Guidebook 3)
- Course 5 Gender budget watchdogging in climate change financing (Guidebook 4)
- Course 6 Advocacy and lobbing on GRB and Climate Change (Guidebook 5)
- Course 7 Monitoring Resilience Response (Guidebook 6)
- Each of the course contains supporting E-learning materials that should be uploaded along with the course: PPTs for each of the lessons / thematic topic(s) developed, handouts, suggested reading materials on additional strengthening of gained knowledge, exercises and test/quizzes in abovementioned languages.
- Provider is committed to provide support and guidance in the process of creating the users accounts and if some problems occur during the time of interactive courses being open to the public.
- To provide instructions to managing of the E-platform including user instruction for teachers and students/users.
Required experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in online courses development and design field
- Registered small business or other form of legal business entity.
Required documentation:
- Highlighting relevant experience and competencies, maximum 1 page
- Financial offer to be provided in EUR
