This project is aimed at the use of GRB tools for the purpose of gender budget analysis of active employment measures and economic measures to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 crisis, as well as gender budget analysis of expenditures and revenues in order to analyze efficient allocation of resources, especially in conditions of reallocation of funds, prompted by the crisis. Finally, the project envisages a gender budget analysis of the beneficiaries of the active employment measures and the measures for mitigation of the consequences of Covid-19, to the extent that the necessary data are publicly available.
It is expected that the project will improve the position of women and reduce gender inequality in the labor market. A detailed examination of the use of GRB in employment and job protection measures will provide a basis for designing new measures and models to improve the position of women in the labor market and mitigate the socio-economic consequences of the crisis and / or recommendations for redesign of existing measures will be provided. By implementing the given recommendations, responsible measures will be designed that best suit the needs and characteristics of women.
