Projekti u realizua n\u00eb 24 komunitete lokale\/op\u0161tina, nga 8 n\u00eb secilin prej vendeve p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb projekt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"917\">Q\u00ebllimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i projektit ishte rritja e transparenc\u00ebs dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb gjinore dhe p\u00ebrgjigjet e ndjeshme ndaj gjinive t\u00eb qeverisjeve lokale ndaj krizave dhe ndryshimeve klimatike n\u00eb tre vende t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1399\">N\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, Shoqata e Gazetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut n\u00eb Shkup zbatoi projektin n\u00eb tet\u00eb komunat me zhvillim t\u00eb vog\u00ebl deri mesatar, nga nj\u00eb n\u00eb secil\u00ebn rajon planifikimi: Vinic\u00eb, Debar, Demir Kapija, Dojran, Jegunovc, Kratov\u00eb, Resen dhe \u00c7u\u00e7er-Sandev\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me disa organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb k\u00ebto komunitete lokale. N\u00eb k\u00ebto komuna, organizatat partnere zhvilluan k\u00ebrkime mbi ndikimin e kriz\u00ebs ekonomike n\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e barabarta dhe barazin\u00eb gjinore.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1614\">Bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkimeve dhe p\u00ebrfundimet dhe rekomandimet individuale e t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb arritura, u krijua nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr veprim, me hapa t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr fushata n\u00eb secilin vend dhe n\u00eb nivel rajonal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"2883\">P\u00ebrfundimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm nga analiza n\u00eb t\u00eb tre vendet dhe 24 komunat e p\u00ebrfshira \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha komunat p\u00ebrballen me probleme shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme: munges\u00eb e informacionit t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm nd\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe munges\u00eb besimi n\u00eb autoritete; pjes\u00ebmarrje e pamjaftueshme e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb proceset e vendimmarrjes, p\u00ebrmes debateve publike dhe transparenc\u00ebs n\u00eb shpenzimet buxhetore; mb\u00ebshtetje e pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr grat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb; mekanizma t\u00eb pa zhvilluar mir\u00eb p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb gjinore; munges\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjeje p\u00ebr grupet vulnerab\u00ebl; dhe n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e komunave munges\u00eb e mund\u00ebsive sociale dhe ekonomike, si dhe programeve p\u00ebr fuqizimin dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e grave nga grupet vulnerab\u00ebl dhe munges\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit gjinor. Problemet shtes\u00eb lidhen me munges\u00ebn e infrastruktur\u00ebs, infrastruktur\u00ebs sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve sociale, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsojn\u00eb m\u00eb tej pozicionin e grave dhe grupeve vulnerab\u00ebl; papun\u00ebsin\u00eb, rritjen e varf\u00ebris\u00eb, pabarazin\u00eb dhe pabarazin\u00eb ekonomike. N\u00eb situata krize, grat\u00eb dhe personat e moshuar jan\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht vulnerab\u00ebl.
