At GBWN, our\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993366;\" href=\"https:\/\/gbwn.net\/en\/resilienceresponse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">publications and research during the pandemic\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/span>focused on how women navigated lockdowns, shifting supply chains, digital transformation pressures, caregiving burdens, and economic instability. We documented not only losses, but also innovation, adaptation, and resilience.\u00a0<\/p><p>The consequences of the pandemic and the response to it can still be felt and that is why we joined forces with <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><a style=\"color: #993366;\" href=\"https:\/\/refem.eu\/about\/\"><b>RE-FEM \u2013 \u2018Upskilling pathways for REsiliency in the post-Covid era for FEMale Entrepreneurs\u2019<\/b><\/a><\/span> , Erasmus+ project aiming to empower women entrepreneurs, through need-based training for maintaining resilient businesses in the post-covid era.
